Important Notice: Opening Video is Mandatory

To process any return or exchange request, a clear opening video of the package is required.

Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for genuine reasons, and an opening video is compulsory as proof.

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address. A refund will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product. This process typically takes 7 days from the date of the return request.

Pickup & Return Process

  • Pickup Attempts: Our courier partner will attempt pickup twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to ship the product back to us at your own cost.
  • Reverse Pickup Availability: Reverse pickup is subject to courier service availability at your PIN code.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
  • Products that are damaged, worn, or used will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If you receive the correct product and size but wish to exchange due to personal preference, you will need to pay the forward and reverse shipping charges (calculated based on product dimensions).

Return & Exchange Charges

  • Returns: ₹110 for parcels up to 500g (charges may vary based on parcel weight/dimensions).
  • Exchanges: Shipping charges will be applicable based on the product's size and weight.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following categories are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Laddu Gopal Furniture
  • Jewelry Collection
  • Products priced below ₹50
    (Note: For defective items in these categories, an opening video is mandatory for assistance.)

Refund Process

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer and may take up to 7 days to reflect in your account.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD payments are not eligible for cash refunds. Instead, you will receive a coupon code of equal value, valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
  • Shipping & COD Charges: These are non-refundable.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Once a product has been exchanged and delivered, no further exchange or refund requests will be accepted.

Self-Shipping (If Reverse Pickup is Unavailable)

If your location is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you must self-ship the product to the following address:

DEVAMBARAM INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 9-15 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. DEVAMBARAM INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 9-15 days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 9-15 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the DEVAMBARAM INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 9-15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
