Our Story
Devambaram’s – A Legacy of Strength, Devotion & Empowerment
A Vision Born from Faith & Resilience
In 2020, as the world grappled with uncertainty, two women in Durgapur made a choice that would change countless lives. Bound not just by family but by an unshakable spirit, Devrani and Jethani refused to let circumstances dictate their fate.
Armed with nothing but their sewing machines and unwavering faith, they embarked on a journey that would transcend mere livelihood—it would become a mission of seva, a spiritual calling destined to uplift many.
Their first creation—a sacred Shyam Baba Baga, stitched with devotion for a revered temple—was more than fabric. It was a divine sign, an affirmation that their path was blessed. With every thread woven, they realized that Devambaram’s was not just a business; it was a movement fueled by faith, resilience, and purpose.
From Struggles to Strength – The Birth of a Revolution
As their craft gained recognition, women from all walks of life began knocking on their door. Each carried a story of struggle, each seeking a chance to rewrite their destiny :
- 👩 Widows yearning for financial independence.
- 👩👧 Mothers determined to secure their children's education.
- 👩 Women escaping abusive households, seeking a fresh start.
- 👩🎓 Young girls eager to learn, grow, and create a future for themselves.
At Devambaram’s, they found more than work; they found hope, dignity, and a sisterhood that empowered them to rebuild their lives. With patience and belief, they transformed into skilled artisans, crafting exquisite Laddu Gopal dresses and pooja essentials infused with devotion.
A New Dawn – Stories of Transformation
✨ Radha Ji – A mother of three, once struggling to pay school fees, now provides quality education for her children and has fulfilled her lifelong dream of buying her first pair of gold earrings.
✨ Meera Ji – Once confined to her home, she saved enough to establish her own tailoring shop, offering employment to other women in need.
✨ Sunita Ji – A survivor of domestic abuse, used her earnings to escape an oppressive marriage and rebuild her life with dignity.
Beyond financial empowerment, a deeper transformation took place. Many artisans experienced an inner shift—embracing mindfulness, discipline, and spiritual alignment. Women who once followed different lifestyles found themselves naturally drawn to a more sattvic way of living, creating a ripple effect on their families and communities.
The 3 C’s – Our Unbreakable Foundation
At Devambaram’s, we don’t just create dresses; we build legacies on three unwavering principles:
💠 Collaborate – We are more than workers; we are a family, a force, a revolution.

💠 Cooperate – We stand together through every challenge, every triumph, every dream.
Rooted in honesty, integrity, and discipline, we believe that true success is not just measured in profits, but in the lives we transform.

Our Commitment to Sanatan Dharma & Ethical Craftsmanship
🕉️ Devambaram’s is deeply rooted in Sanatan Dharma, ensuring that every product is crafted with devotion and adherence to sacred traditions. As of now, there is no other company solely dedicated to producing apparel for gods and goddesses.
🕉️ Our craftsmanship is a testament to the skill and dedication of women from lower-income families, who, through contemporary techniques, create exquisite dresses for Laddu Gopal idols and other deities like Shiv Linga and Radha Krishna.
🕉️ As we grow, we envision building a global community that not only supports women artisans but also spreads the teachings of Sanatan Dharma far and wide.
🕉️ The name Devambaram’s originates from Sanskrit—‘Deva’ (देव) meaning God, and ‘Ambaram’ (अम्बरं) meaning divine clothing—symbolizing our mission of adorning the divine with devotion and reverence.
The Road Ahead – A Vision Fueled by Dharma
Our mission is clear:
✅ To establish Devambaram’s as the ultimate destination for pooja essentials.
✅ To preserve and celebrate Sanatan Dharma through our craftsmanship.
✅ To empower every woman who dreams of a future beyond her circumstances.
