We accept returns only for defective or damaged products. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.

3.3 Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Since our products are handmade and custom-crafted for Laddu Gopal Ji, we do not accept returns for reasons like size preference or change of mind.

Yes! All our products are 100% handmade by skilled artisans, with 90% of our workforce being women.

4.2 Do you offer custom designs?

We do offer customization on select products. If you have special requirements, please contact us before placing an order.

4.3 How do I care for my Laddu Gopal apparel?

  • Velvet & Silk items: Dry clean only
  • Cotton products: Hand wash with mild detergent
  • Jewelry & Accessories: Wipe with a dry cloth after use
